Last week we were visited by a few awesome Community Helpers to learn how they keep us safe.
Officer Howland answered our questions and taught us how to use the handcuffs (a burning question of 5yr olds)!
We even got to tour the police car!!
We met a few firefighters and they taught us all about their uniform and equipment!
And of course the fire truck!!!
We then met Mr. Ray, a Construcction Worker. He taught us about how to build houses and using blue prints!
We also met an Air Force Pilot! Mr. Ben answered our questions about the importance of his job and how he keeps us safe.
Did you guys enjoy having all of these awesome community helpers visit OES? I know room 201 friends had a wonderful time and learned a lot! Thanks for sharing all of these pictures!
